      you should try 5 minutes a day…
      and soon your meditation will become daily presence
      in whatever you do, no matter your faith

    1. Yes, managing stress and fear is not easy… all packed in a few rooms with few ways to escape.
      Meditation is great, focusing on your breath and making it a prayer for protection of you, your family, your country and our world… if we all start doing that, it becomes a great power!

  6. This is very timely. I started meditating in my own life recently. The Covid-19 restrictions have been driving me kind of nuts and I have found that meditation and binaural beats tend to help calm my brainwaves down a bit. Do you think that there is an optimal time of day to meditate? Would morning be just as good as evening? I find I have the most clarity in the morning and get the most done, but I worry that my brain shuts down too much prior to sleep. I am kind of worried that I’ll fall asleep if I meditate right before bed. 

    1. If you fall asleep,  you need sleep
      Do not fight it… give in

      Your body restores when resting
      Let go

      Try to follow your own waves
      And make sure to stick to a light daily schedule

      If you use brainwaves, make sure to use alfa

      Use meditation instead and calming herbal tea like lavender. 
      Order your day and go daily for a walk
